One Big Reason To Use a Coach To Level Up

A friend recently told me her story about how she finally gained enough self-confidence in her unique skill set and abilities to launch her own business. Now that she’s found success on her own, she said she wished she had faith in herself sooner. I championed her in our conversation because she’s a rockstar, and she commented “You’re so good at making people see their own strengths and abilities. If we’d worked together all those years ago, it probably would’ve taken me 3 weeks to go after what I wanted, not 3 years.” Her point resonated. I started thinking about the tangible impact of having someone 100% in your court as your partner, without any bias, as you look to what’s next.

I feel pretty confident that if you’ve gotten to where you are at this point you’ll continue to get to where you want to be by your own accord. At some point.

The biggest factor in why you might want to work with a coach is because you have something in mind — maybe even just an inkling or repetitive thought about what you envision for the future — and you want to get there faster. What might take you 3 years on your own could take just 3–6 months with us working together.

Maybe it’s:

Starting or growing your own business

Pivoting to a new job or industry

Going after that promotion

Strengthening your management skills

Showcasing your talent

Establishing a sustainable work-life balance

Re-evaluating what direction you want your life to go in

Improving your relationships

Boosting your self-confidence, or

Something else I can’t wait to hear about

The coaching partnership is your time for self-discovery and meaningful action that will get you to where you want to go.

Of course, things happen in their own time, and sometimes the time it takes is part of your personal journey, but if there’s something that you’ve been thinking about, take the first big step and ask yourself: “how much do I really want this? And by when?”

You might realize you want it more — and sooner — than you thought, and if that’s the case, let’s chat and see what we can do together.
