Throughout my career, I’ve worked with a diverse set of clients from large investment institutions like PIMCO and public tech companies like Uber to founder-led startups and ultra-high net-worth individuals. In addition to my degree in Managerial & Organizational Behavior, my prior professional experiences include international healthcare consulting, leading large global teams on several multi-billion dollar projects, and raising $500mm+ for alternative investment funds across private credit, private real estate, and private equity.

  • All continuous 1:1 engagements are remote. Workshops and other group facilitations can be virtual or in-person. I look forward to discussing the best services and location for your specific needs.

  • Leadership consulting, leadership advisory, and executive coaching all share the same goal of identifying and developing a leader’s skills and gaps in order for them to maximize their impact leading themselves, their team, and their organization. Executive coaching is on the continuum of leadership advisory as a way to drive effective change in a 1:1 setting after an initial leadership assessment is completed.

  • Yes! I offer leadership development, team strengthening, strategic planning, and communication facilitations for groups at companies, special events, offsites, and conferences. I also bring in talented partners as appropriate.
